The above identified company is committed to the following whilst undertaking contract work on a Norbord site;

• To comply with all site environmental, health & safety policies.
• Provide proof of at least minimum Norbord required insurance coverage for the duration of the project (£10,000,000).
• Comply with all local legal & regulatory requirements.
• Where identified, develop a specific Health & Safety arrangements that are consistent with the nature, size & potential impacts of the environment, health & safety hazards involved in the project/contract (including, if appropriate a risk assessment and a description of how the task is to be carried out safely).
• Select & manage sub-contractors consistent with Norbord’s contractor management expectations.
• Report all environment or safety incidents to Norbord using Norbord procedures for accident & incident reporting & subsequently report to local regulatory agencies as required.
• Investigate all environmental incidents or recordable accidents or incidents that could have caused serious injuries or fatalities or significant environmental impact & report the outcome of the investigation to the Norbord Site Contact.
